This rich tradition began with Don Jose’s grandmothers and continues today through a commitment to sharing the true flavours of Mexico in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Our Michoacán-style Beef Birria, slow-cooked for 8 hours with a blend of spices, is served with succulent tacos and a rich consommé. You can also savour our street-style Esquites, sweet and tender Pan de Elote, refreshing Aguas Frescas, and aromatic Café de Olla, each carefully crafted. From the satisfying crunch of esquites to the bold flavours of birria, every bite captures the essence of traditional Mexican cooking.
